Send us your accounts
Upload your PDF, Word or Excel accounts — or an export from Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or similar — through our secure upload portal. Tell us whether you need full or minimum tagging, and which taxonomy applies (FRS 102, FRS 105, FRS 101 or IFRS). Not sure? Say so and we'll confirm it for you at no charge.

We map and tag every figure
A tagging specialist works through your accounts line by line, mapping each figure, note and disclosure to the correct element in the relevant taxonomy. Contexts, dimensions and units are applied so that every fact — not just the total — is correctly machine-readable.

Independent review & validation
A second qualified reviewer checks the tagged document against your source accounts and against the current HMRC and Companies House validation schemas. Anything that would trigger a rejection is corrected before the document reaches you.

Delivery — filing-ready iXBRL
You receive a validated iXBRL file, viewable in any browser exactly like your original accounts. File it yourself through your usual software, hand it to your accountant, or ask us about direct submission support.
