Our service

iXBRL.UK provides iXBRL tagging, conversion and validation review of accounts and tax computations supplied by the client. We are a tagging service, not a firm of accountants preparing statutory accounts, and we do not provide tax or accounting advice.

Accuracy of source documents

We tag the figures and disclosures as supplied. We are not responsible for errors in the underlying accounts or computations themselves — only for accurately mapping what we are given to the correct taxonomy elements.

Quotes & payment

Quotes are confirmed in writing before work begins. Standard jobs are invoiced on delivery; practice and bulk accounts are invoiced monthly as agreed.

Revisions

Each service tier includes an agreed number of revision rounds, detailed on our pricing page. Corrections arising from a tagging error on our part are made free of charge at any time.

Liability

Our liability for any single order is limited to the fee paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
